  • Submit incomplete, unusable, or low-quality content that requires extensive editorial intervention.

 

By purchasing a feature, you assume responsibility for your submission and accept that dissatisfaction with your own materials is not grounds for a refund.

1.2 No Refunds for Technical or User Errors

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Upload errors on your device or network;

  • Internet outages, connectivity issues, or slow speeds;

1.4 No Refunds for Company Decisions

If Real Estate Agent Journal, LLC declines to publish, edits, delays, or removes your content for violating our standards or policies, no refund will be issued.

Purchasing a feature does not guarantee publication if the content violates our rules, legal requirements, or editorial standards.

2. Right to Refuse Service

Real Estate Agent Journal, LLC reserves the absolute and unrestricted right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, explanation, or liability.

We may refuse service based on (but not limited to) the following categories.

We will deny service to individuals who:

  • AI-generated content misrepresented as personal statements or original writing.

2.4 The Company’s Discretion Is Final

We are not required to provide justification for refusal.

Any refusal of service does not entitle the customer to a refund, credit, or compensation.

3. User-Generated Content

We do not fact-check user submissions and assume no responsibility for their accuracy.

3.4 Editorial Adjustments

The Company may:

  • Edit grammar, formatting, or clarity;

  • Reformat content for layout or design consistency;

  • Remove content that violates standards;

  • Decline publication of inappropriate or non-compliant content.

 

We are not obligated to publish submissions that violate policies or legal requirements.

4. No Guarantees of Performance or Results 

Real Estate Agent Journal, LLC makes no promises or guarantees regarding outcomes of any published content.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website traffic or impressions;

  • Reader engagement or comments;

  • Lead generation or client inquiries;

  • Sales, listings, or revenue growth;

  • Business development or partnerships;

  • SEO ranking or search visibility;

  • Social media performance or shares;

  • Feature placement or homepage visibility;

  • Future publication opportunities;

  • Viral reach or media coverage.

 

Your success depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including your own marketing efforts, reputation, and market conditions.

5. Digital Delivery of Services

All Services are delivered digitally and become accessible the moment content is submitted or purchased.

Because all services are:

  • Digital in nature,

  • Delivered online,

  • Immediately accessible,

  • Editable by the user, and

  • Published through automated or semi-automated systems,

all payments remain final and non-refundable.

6. Contact & Customer Support

All inquiries must be submitted through our Contact Page located on our website.

6.1 Authorized Communication Channel

We do not provide customer support through:

  • Social media direct messages;

  • Text messages or SMS;

  • Personal email accounts;

  • Phone calls;

6.2 Response Expectations

7. Binding Arbitration Agreement
